Global Service Delivery Manager (Experience of managing outsourced 3rd Party Service Desk) - MA/4475
Key Responsibilities / Requirements: Manage an outsourced service desk supporting internal end-users. The desk is global in scope – supporting 90,000+ users across 65+ countries.
You will have the following required experience:
Experience of managing large multi-location global service desks.
Problem / Incident management
Global and large scale user base environment
Managing 3rd party suppliers / outsource relationship management
Senior stakeholder management
Qualifications: ITIL Foundation Certificate (V2 or V3)
ITIL Intermediate or Practitioner Certificate (V2 or V3) - Desirable
