Cyber Security Programme Manager r required for a leading global FTSE 100 energy company on an initial 6 month contract

Cyber Security Programme Manager role:

The Behaviours Programme Manager will support the education and training of staff to drive the right behaviours and effectively embed cyber security behaviours and risk-savvy culture at BP.

Accountabilities

The Behaviours Programme Manager will be responsible for the delivery of specific areas of behavioural change (including managing a global network of cyber ambassadors, awareness programmes, training, behavioural measurement) with the goal of reducing cyber risk stemming from employee conduct and behaviour.

The Behaviours Programme Manager will be responsible for the delivery of specific areas of the behavioural change programme that encompasses the following areas of activity:

Manage the development of our cyber ambassador network including delivery of training modules, development and delivery of the cyber ambassador network annual plan

Design, manage and deploy security awareness programmes

Design, manage and deploy behavioural change platforms including cyber measurement

Design and deliver information security training and targeted training to high risk communities in the client in partnership with the business and segments

Support the delivery of behavioural assurance campaigns such as Phishing testing, social engineering and clear desk checks

Skills and experience:

A preferred knowledge of the client’s organisation, communications network and regional cultural dimensions

Experience of O365 tools (including Teams, Yammer, Power BI, Forms)• Behavioural and Culture change experience

Strong team player

Project management

Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills

Dealing with complexity and multiple priorities

Learning resource creation
