Situated in an extremely beautiful part of Surrey, lunchtimes can be spent in the town center where there are numerous cafes and restaurants or if you fancy a picnic you can sit on the banks of the Thames and take in the surrounding area.
To articulate Client’s Product and related Systems to potential clients, working closely with the associated Sales Person.
To fully prepare for each client meeting in accordance with their requirements and look to drive further efficiencies through the demonstration process.
To function as the technical point of contact for the Sales Team managing multiple sales or customer engagement opportunities simultaneously,
Work closely with the Sales Team, supporting both prospect and customer engagements.
Demonstrate the client’s product and the associated integrations in line with client requirements. Present solutions to customers in the form of custom product demonstrations and presentations (both in person and via web conference).
Prepare custom prospect/client solutions to be presented within the existing product suite.
Where required conduct discovery and assessment workshops with potential clients, understanding their requirements and documenting their needs.
Identify solutions that address client needs within Intelligent Office and document any limitations.
Consult with operational and technical personnel to clarify intent, identify issues, and suggest a course for the client solutions.
Propose immediately available client solutions and proposed future enhancements. Document these solutions for client understanding and where required engage the Onboarding Consultants; provide samples, flowcharts as needed.
Be actively involved in analysis, solution design, client communication and implementation across all business channels where required.
Respond effectively to technical and process questions received via RFP, and serve as technical support during the sales cycle.
KPI's & Measures:
Deliver online of face to face demonstrations covering the USPs of Intelligent Office
Positive feedback from clients and salesperson on delivery of presentation and conduct throughout meeting.
Deliver effective solutions for clients, verified by On Boarding Consultants and Account Manager.
Support the delivery of new releases within Intelligent Office to the Sales Team.
Professional presales service to clients
Prompt and effective responses to clients requests/requirements
Clear demonstration of USP’s to clients
Knowledge transfer to rest to sales team on product enhancements
