Business process Analyst lead required for a leading global provider of financial administration solutions company with offices in Beckenham. The successful Business Process lead must have previous experience of procedure writing in a commercial or IT environment and knowledge of procedure software packages with the ability to make recommendations and influence our decision making around this.

The role
** Manage, coach and support a small team of procedure writers to achieve their individual objectives and ensure the overall success of the team.
** Perform quality checks and reviews of procedures produced by the team and ensure remediation of changes and improvements to deliver total accuracy.
** Plan, monitor and escalate tasks and issues encountered, reporting to the Business Change Manager, Project Manager or Programme Leads where delivery will not meet defined dates.
** Engage with senior business stakeholders and selected members of each business department to acquire thorough knowledge of each unit's operations and procedures.
** Work independently or with other Procedure Writer(s) to write a manual describing the steps and requirements of each business procedure.
** Support the Business Assurance Test Lead on testing activities that will prove the accuracy of the procedures and ensure any deficiencies/ambiguity are amended for re-testing as required.
** Maintain change and version control of processes taking ownership to ensure that quality and accuracy are maintained.
** Work with the Training and business functions to help employees understand and implement the completed processes.

Essential Knowledge:
** Previous experience of procedure writing in a commercial or IT environment
** Good PC skills
** Knowledge of procedure software packages with the ability to make recommendations and influence our decision making around this

THE CLIENT
A leading global provider of financial administration solutions, working in partnership with over 7000 clients including Asset managers and investors, Business managers and asset owners. The client provide the infrastructure through which assets are secured or deployed in both regulated and unregulated markets.

LOCATION
This role will be based in the clients Bromley office and has fantastic transport links into central London and Kent including Train, Tram and Buses. The office is in close proximity to a large shopping centre which includes a number of high quality restaurants.
