PMO Manager required for a leading global provider of financial administration solutions based in Beckenham. The PMO Manager will ensure the delivery of the PMO function providing governance, administration and reporting support to the Head of Portfolio Delivery and the wider Portfolio Delivery team. The successful PMO Manager will be based full time in Beckenham.

Role purpose
** The PMO Manager will ensure the delivery of the PMO function providing governance, administration and reporting support to the Head of Portfolio Delivery and the wider Portfolio Delivery team.
** The PMO Manager will provide direct support to key strategic change programmes aiding in their successful delivery.

Required capabilities that are particularly important for this role:
** Experienced in delivering PMO function
** Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project
** Able to analyse cost and time data to enable project and programme reporting
** Understanding of the principles of project management
** Good communication and interpersonal skills
** Works sensitively with others and shares openly information and knowledge with the appropriate people at the right time
** Customer-focused and goal-orientated with keen attention to detail
** Excellent planning and organisation skills
** Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion
** Ability to work as part of an effective and highly skilled team

Desirable
** Experienced in using Microsoft SharePoint
** Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio Team

The client
A leading global provider of financial administration solutions, working in partnership with over 7000 clients including Asset managers and investors, Business managers and asset owners. The client provide the infrastructure through which assets are secured or deployed in both regulated and unregulated markets.

Location
This role will be based in the clients Bromley office and has fantastic transport links into central London and Kent including Train, Tram and Buses. The office is in close proximity to a large shopping centre which includes a number of high quality restaurants.

Salary
The client are able to offer a base salary of £50k per annum and offer a great benefits package
