2ND Line IT Support Analyst Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied support role in a buoyant and busy environment, where you will be providing in house support to all levels of the company, remote support of our sister company Haybrook IT Resourcing Ltd as well as supporting the clients of our outsourced IT services business. Main day to day activities will include the monitoring and management of the IT infrastructure, telephone & desktop support and onsite client support.
Key skills and experience required:
The ideal person for the role will have strong experience of working in a 1st Line and 2nd Line Desktop or Server capacity supporting the following technologies:
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 - 2016
• Windows Server 2012 - 2016
• Active Directory / Group Policy
• Office 365
• Windows 10
• Desktop / Laptop rebuilds repairs upgrades
• Printer configuration
• Remote access and cloud computing knowledge
Experience of the following technologies is preferred:
• Small Business Server
• Microsoft Office 365 support and roll-outs
• Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Acronis Backup technology
• Sonicwall Firewalls
• Cloud telephony
• MCSE or similar
• Any programming skills a bonus
