Sanctions & Fraud Design Lead / Business Analyst

Sanctions & Fraud Design Lead / Business Analyst required to work for a large global Oil and Gas organization within Cash & Banking for an initial 12 months in Middlesex.

Role Description:
Cash & Banking programme is in the process of rolling out a central global hub for payments and collections, across the business landscape.

This role is responsible for supporting the Cash & Banking Sanctions & Fraud project, through its design and development stages

The role will report into the Sanctions & Fraud project manager

This role will be key in the gathering, management, and analysis of requirements from multiple stakeholders in the business, as well as aiding the translation of these into a plan
The role will also play a key part in the process of selecting a Sanctions and Fraud product to
meet the agreed requirements

Requirements Management:
Gathering high and low-level requirements from stakeholder engagement
Translating into detailed requirements
Deriving at a high-level what implications each requirement might have, enabling the identification of challenging, conflicting, or insufficient requirements for example
Identifying requirement gaps / insufficiencies, and determining best approach to resolve
Owning the requirement documentation, and building a specialist knowledge of the solution design

Core Skills:
Ability to lead on stakeholder engagement, requiring good communication skills and the ability to extract specific business problems to be solved
Analytical skills to extract key information, and identify conflicts / risks
Ability to lead requirement management, including gathering and analysis
Prioritisation and conflict management
Ability to understand business environments
Planning / organisational skills would be beneficial to support the project

Specific Skills:
Sanctions and Fraud experience, within a cash and banking (specifically payments and collections) context. Ideally within large organisations, and ideally exposure to the design phase
