Upselling additional modules and services within your customers
Be an ambassador for the client’s business, ensuring that we continue to be seen in a positive light within our ever-expanding marketplace
To assist the Directors in client presentations when required
Ensure appropriate governance model is applied to customers
Maintain a clear and auditable trail of contact within the client’s CRM
To manage and maintain customer (as identified by the business) through regular face to face and telephone contact to maximise client retention, adoption and achieve overall net growth
Provide regular updates to your line manager on account developments
Maintenance of customer records in CRM
Produce documentation to the highest standards for external and internal clients
To keep up to date with functional knowledge of Intelligent Office
To achieve annual targets
Maintain and develop plans with customers
Ensure all escalation are clear
Identify risk areas within your customers.
Perform Customer reviews in line with agreed contact strategy for the account
Ensure all elements of the client’s relationship are managed to the highest standard, this includes but not limited to, liaison with Support, Product, Development, Training, Finance and Customer Success
Essential experience of working within a recurring revenue environment
Preferred: Experience within a previous account management or business development role
Preferred: 5 yrs experience working within the Financial Services sector
Preferred: Understands the economic, regulatory and political factors that may potentially impact upon our client’s success
Preferred: Project management experience
