RightFax Specialist – RightFax/Opentext! - JO/1174
Design, develop, implement, and provide support for RightFax software in a dynamic multi-tiered, multi-platform environment, with internal teams or with external vendors.
Researching the appropriate system software to meet corporate standards and business objectives, whilst taking a sustainable approach.
Handling multiple concurrent RightFax issues, including disaster recovery of mission critical systems, with the ability to prioritise and resolve in accordance with best practice.
Software installations and upgrades on operating systems and layered software packages.
Collaborate and consult with application development teams to determine platform selection, efficient transaction design, monitoring, implementation and support models.
Review new/modified system integration requests submitted by various internal business partners at the client.
Ensure hand over of work, documentation, and product ownership takes place efficiently and completely.
Defining and documenting internal processes and continuous service improvement of existing infrastructure and automation scripts.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the RightFax application in an engineering or support related role (less experience may be considered).
The ability to articulate complex technical information to stakeholders at different levels.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to operate as a global team.
A working understanding of code, scripting and command line interfaces.
The ability to work with the vendor (OpenText) to design and implement bespoke solutions based on integration requirements.
Additional Skills (Desirable)
Administration of RightFax Application version 10.6 and 16 EP4 specifically.
Experience of setting up and configuring RightFax Connect as well as Brooktrout Transport for physical RightFax gateways (Hybrid model).
Setting up and configuration of the RightFax Email Gateway modules for both inbound and outbound faxes using Microsoft Exchange and SMTP/POP3.
Ability to configure the Integration module to allow integration with other internal systems for workflow automation.
Experience configuring the RightFax EDC Manager module especially XML Generator.
Understanding of integration using the RFCOMAPI and WebAPI Services.
Experience of working with Messaging Queues i.e. writing to and retrieval of messages.
