Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst -CRM-MS Dynamics-Salesforce-PowerBI
The role includes, being part global team, which will interface with many of the other teams.
The IT&S CDD Team is a relatively new but well established initiative transforming the way generates and uses its reference data using CRM (MSD) . We require someone who is proactive and good at working in a problem-solving way with core business analysis skills and good knowledge of CRM (MSD).
Through business process improvement, improved IT systems and strong business partnership the Reference Data strategy continuing to introduce a step change in the way the reference data is used and managed in IST. Strong coordination skills will be needed to ensure consistency of process across contracts, reference data, Legal and AOT.
The role will require hands-on and proactive approach to understanding the business area, technology and business requirements as well as working with existing support staff to ensure that the requirements of the Business community are met daily.
Using excellent communication, influencing, analysis expertise, methodologies and standards there is a requirement to understand and input into the shaping of future processes, system requirements and data needs.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and defining requirements according to requirements. He/she is also responsible for associated artefacts and knowledge assets.
He/she will work within the team and with many of the other teams whilst identifying opportunities and leverage synergies where they exist.
This is a challenging role facing off the delivery teams, as well as to the business community. The role requires an individual with both functional, technical and communication skills and is prepared to grow.
Work in Agile delivery team
Business Analysis (requirements elicitation, requirements validation, gap analysis) within CDD landscape
Data Modelling – with strong SQL, Power BI skills to support KPI, Reporting and CDD Analytics.
Documentation of Business Processes: Produce, maintain and document definitions, requirements, associated artefacts and knowledge assets
Support functional roll out and user training (including the production of quality training artefacts).
Strong Data Modelling (SQL Tools) with expertise in Power BI and Process modelling techniques.
Experience in working and delivering projects using Agile methodology (Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP techniques)
Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis skills.
Strong Stakeholder’s Management
Deep understanding of Physical and Financial commodity product’s deal life cycle
Strong communication skills written and oral with senior stakeholders
