My client a leading provider of financial software solutions to the IFA Wealth Management industry seeks a Salesforce Administrator / Integrations Analyst due to expansion and recent client driven growth.

Situated in an extremely beautiful part of Surrey, lunchtimes can be spent in the town center where there are numerous cafes and restaurants or if you fancy a picnic you can sit on the banks of the Thames and take in the surrounding area.
Role Purpose:
Design, build, test and deliver successful, efficient integrations.
Support existing integrations across the data model, automating as much as possible throughout the process. Integrate further platforms as requested, once signed off and agreed internally.
Design robust testing procedures and provide high quality documentation throughout each project.
Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the business. Being able to discuss the art of the possible from the outset, in both technical and non-technical language.
Ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date with progress.

Job Description:
Working with stakeholders across the entire business, create and foster a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to world class standards for data quality, reporting, and analytics.
• Lead the development of tools, processes and systems that enable world-class decision-support solutions that support the needs of the business and end customer.
• Develop solutions for data input and data integration as well as analysis and reporting. Take the lead on all related proposals and business development initiatives.
• Ensure that the entire business fully utilises its Business Intelligence solutions, making full use of technologies, processes, and applications to analyse data and deliver competitive intelligence.
• Build capability towards putting data at the heart of business decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for change and implementing best practice standards.
• Use a range of communication tools and methods to engage with, and influence a wide range of, stakeholders, up to and including senior level, in relation to best practices and improvements for system utilisation and developments.
• Produce management information reports, identify and correct data anomalies, and manage all data integrations, working closely with stakeholders in senior management, functional leaders, and colleagues across multiple functions.
• Ensure integrations are working successfully and securely at all times, and work in harmony with the existing data model using Salesforce as the master database.
• Follow a robust testing programme to ensure company requirements are met.
• Ensure absolute minimal data is transferred at all times.
• Drive continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for change and implementing best practice standards.
• Processing tickets within the Business Intelligence JIRA project
• Working as part of a team on Business Intelligence projects across the company
