To take responsibility for the design, build, testing and release of working software assigned toou and your team.
To foster and safe guard the culture of continuous improvement within the team by removing friction and increasing throughput.
To review the code of other members of the team and ensure that their own code is reviewed.
To assist in rigorous adherence to development standards, guidelines, and best practises agreed by the team.
To mentor and train junior developers within their team.
To assist in the recruitment process for new team members when requested.
To contribute to setting development standards, guidelines, and improvement initiatives.

What are the Key Skills and Experience required for the Senior C# .Net Developer:
Service Oriented Architecture
RESTful API design
AWS services
Distributed systems design
Octopus Deploy
Nuget or other of package management
Postgres, MySQL or other RDMS
MongoDb, Redis, DynamoDb or other NoSql
TDD
DDD
Vagrant
Packer
PowerShell
Linux and bash
Experience with Javascript
Knowledge and experience with Git and Github
Mature development practices.
Strong modelling skills and experience.
Strong testing skills and experience
Relevant degree, or equivalent.
Demonstration of ability to deliver results using .NET framework and C#.
